Color Contrast of Links #819

Please describe the issue:
The color of anchor links throughout the site is with the #5FA4A0 color! Which 
is very hard to see and read the links! Its very light and looks faded out and 
very hard to read!

Please provide any additional information below.
The links appear throughout the site!
