Can't reproduce it right now since there's nothing in pipeline. Will either let 
you know once I found reproducible evidence or fix the issue itself.

Just tested this locally and drafts don't seem to be showing up anywhere. Feel 
free to reopen if ou see it again. We did have a mishap earlier with some 
drafts being published before they were supposed to go out. They were 
subsequently remarked as drafts. That would explain the reproducibility issue.
