Click an untranslated article from /tutorials doesn't include redirect param #859

1. visit http://master.html5rocks.appspot.com/de/tutorials/
2. Click lem doodle article
3. You're redirected to the /en/ version (good), but the param is missing
that explains the article is only available in english. 

Hitting that url /de/ url directly  works as expected. the parameter is included

Funky. The page links to 
http://master.html5rocks.appspot.com/tutorials/doodles/lem/, not to 
http://master.html5rocks.appspot.com/de/tutorials/doodles/lem/ as it should. 
I'll look into that.
