Unable to retrieve quotes related to Spanish stocks (.MC)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a browser and type this URL: 
http://download.finance.yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv?s=TRE.MC&f=np0&e=.csv
2. open downloaded CSV
3. finished

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output should contain "Tecnicas Reunidas" or a similar name of the 
stock represented by TRE.MC Then a previous close is expected.

Do you have other informations?

Suggestions to fix the defect?

I'm triying to get quotes from futures and non-us stock.
I only get zeroes.
this is my query (using the CSV API)
download.finance.yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv?s=spy,naftracishrs.mx,clf15.nym&f=s0p0l1
l0k1b2b3a5b6&e=.csv
And I get this
