Rough draft for packaging cli-consumer as a service

Hi @Yuav ,

First of all: thanks for the PR!

As for the service configuration, please see my comment in https://github.com/ricbra/rabbitmq-cli-consumer/issues/9.

I'm +1 on adding some info to the docs on how to build a custom .deb package with service script, but could you open a separate PR for this? Perhaps this could be combined in one section about how to run as service with some instructions for Supervisor as well?

Also check your git config as you are comitting as "anon".
