Open CarlosMS08 opened 8 months ago

CarlosMS08 commented 8 months ago

Hi,

I was unable to generate the isochrones. I tried to do it with single adress, multiple adresses, with every travel mode or type or both options of traffic,... but nothing works. A blue message appears when i click on "calculate isochrones" but finally the result its not created. Please could you help me to correct something or try another options to make it work?

thank you very much

Yes, my current version is the last updated, 1.2.1.

okay, can you check, whether you can see the coordinates in the plugin: Like in my case the 51.8 xxx

and yes, you need to set the intervals (seconds for time, meters for distance mode)

I tried with this:

but nothing appears. I tried with other points but always appears "no address found", even if the coordinates changes.

If i tried with Multiple Adresses:

There's no result generated neither

okay, so let's strip it down: doesthe normal geocode works (first tab). Does it generate a point layer for a well known address? Are you working with a proxy on the network side of your home/org/company? Will you be able to share an example layer as geojson?

Also your combination works like a charme on my side:

Carlos, if when using the multiple addresses option you get a message saying that the plugin is looping through the records, but no result is returned, that can often occur if your credentials are not saved. I have discovered this because I rolled back to v1.0.1 and had to re-enter my credentials for the plugin to work again.

Good morning,

I tried again to refresh and resaved the credentials but still dont work. Could be useful to use a previous version?

YOu should check, which API key you've used. had a similar issue with this user: https://github.com/riccardoklinger/Hqgis/issues/79 Turned out, he was using a wrong key.

Bom dia,

Estou com o mesmo problema citado acima. Minha versão do qgis é a 3.30.2, tentei usar o plugin na versao 1.0.1 e o mesmo problema ocorre, assim como no atual 1.2.3. Não sei se pode ser minha API key.
