DG not updated to remove the [Proposed] tag from AddItem command

AddItem feature is shown as [Proposed] in the DG, but is already implemented in the application, and showcased in the UG.

The DG should be updated to reflect what feature has already been added, to avoid confusing future developers who might waste time to implement said feature.

Reason for disagreement: severity.Medium : A flaw that causes occasional inconvenience to some users but they can continue to use the product.

A new developer will look at this guide and think that there is still a need to implement this "proposed" feature. They might even try implementing it, before finding out it has already been done and they just wasted their time. I would think this is a pretty significant inconvenience as it directly confused the reader.

From a reader's perspective it is actually pretty serious in my opinion, so I would still keep it as a medium severity.
