Titan Load Cell Calibration #9

Add a section in the config file for configs. We only need to add titan configs for this weekend, but we might as well add all of them. The titan configs are for PT_INJE.

Push Slope: 1.011737658854333 Y intercept: -1153.1846733507887 Pull Slope: -1.0218302479916173 Y intercept: 1162.6175340551868

I would just take the average of the absolute value of the slopes and intercepts since they're pretty similar. Not sure what the actual signs should be yet, will update when I know.

Commit b33fa1cb953e53d5db980ad2cfbc6f1fed8d7f4a handles this (at least for the upcoming coldflow -- LC will be plugged into PT_FEED, correct?). It also requires the ini file to be given at the command line, so we can switch between Titan and Luna more freely.
