Sensor & Actuator Handling #6

This can either be a part of config or not, but I advocate making this separate and against merging with config.

We want adding/deleting/modifying the sensors and actuators (with their pins, verbose, and technical names) code independent. This can be another modules that handles I/O of resfet.
