This PR updates EBTEL to allow for loops with non-uniform cross-sections as derived in Cargill et al. (2021). This includes four new parameters:
A_tr
A_c
A_0
l_fact
and includes a number of changes to the EBTEL equations themselves. If A_tr=A_0=A_c=l_fact=1, then this will reduce to the usual EBTEL equations.
This PR also adds the fix to the c_1 parameter during the conductive cooling phase as described in the appendix of Barnes et al. (2016). This change is already implemented in ebtel++
