poly_fit_magnetic_field in initial conditions #65

Currently, the poly_fit_magnetic_field is not configured for the initial conditions. This needs to be changed as the InitialConditions code is set up to account for the expansion factor as determined by the polynomial fit to the magnetic field.

This should be set in Initial_Conditions/source/config.h in the same manner as the gravity file.
