User settings for auto complete #23

Enable at all? Number of responses Scope of prompts to return (just yours? Server? Global?)

Find out if it can be determined if the user is mobile or not, and if so, make it an option to only auto complete on mobile, or only on desktop. Enum.

There may be something to the mobile check, but it's iffy if that would make it more or less confusing, since it's presence indicating, not current device indicating.
