Add a table to track organizational salaries over time #39

Basically, the equivalent of https://issarice.com/givewell-executive-compensation but more broadly for more than just "executives"?

I need to brainstorm this more with @riceissa and @sebastiansanchez123.

This sounds like a good idea, but I think most orgs are pretty secretive about salaries so I am worried we wouldn't be able to collect enough data for the table to really be useful.

Salaries could also be associated to positions, like in the Holden/Elie case (which could show up when one goes to Holden's or Elie's page).

there's that h1b visa site that has salary info for various orgs
