Suggestion: Windows XP Theme #6

Not an issue but a request. Can you make a windows XP theme please?

I wanted to some time ago, but, first of all, I needed to complete the themes, but I am doing other stuff right now. It is possible if you edit the css in the src/shared folder and build it:

$ npm i
$ node build.js steam # or discord or vscode
