Language in date #10

Hi! I installed SplitR in a PC with Chinese OS (windows 10). The problem is that when I run SplitR it seems that the date is in the form of Chinese (example below). Then it cannot get the correct meterological file. Is there any method that I can change the date to its correct form? Thanks!
