Default to lubridate::month determines month names based on system locale, can cause an error for non-US users where non-English month names are (#42).

Thanks for the PR and sorry it's taken so long to get back to this project. I just merged https://github.com/rich-iannone/splitr/pull/56, which incorporates this fix. So, I'm going to close this PR.
