There's a DOI in the github readme on the project landing page that you can cite (https://github.com/richarddmorey/BayesFactor). You should also cite the theoretical papers underlying whatever functions you use (which should be cited in the help, and also the manual).
There is no citation info in the CRAN page. You should consider adding it. And by the way how should I cite the package?
