Expected Behavior

Admin users are supposed to create staff users , Admin panel landing page is ready created on this link: http://127.0.0.1:8000/staff/staff_dashboard/ connect the registration button to a form an admin is supposed to fill while creating the staff , considering Full name , Id number , email, password ,or emailing a link to the email for a reset .

Current Behavior

No form its needs creation
