Unbalanced auto-sized delimiters #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?

$\binom{n}{k/2}$

(#8 in the MathML torture tests)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The distance between the parentheses and the content should be the same on
both sides. It appears that the right parenthesis is a little farther from
the content than the left.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SVN r81

This appears to be because of the x-advance of the content. Hence why with
$\left(\int\right)$ the integral sign overlaps the closing brace -- having a
small
x-advance.

Could be related to the problem of $\int xdx$ whereby the 'x' is too close to
the
\int due to the advance.
