Hi,

I've converted setting parameters from py variables to a JSON file that's easier and safer to be modifed.
Changed startup script used by Dockerfile to replace config.json file according to environment variable(s) used to run container
Little improvment in Dockerfile Already tested it into Windows 10 21H1 and in Docker.
