ubuntu/debian install hasn't updated since 1.7.8 #124

the travis deploy to bintray seems to have broken

this fixed with v1.7.11 (but the deb package needs work - is binary only and released for wheezy).

If sf doesn't upgrade for you after this, check your /etc/apt/sources.list file to make sure that siegfried's bintray repo hasn't been commented-out due to an ubuntu update (deleting the leading "#" comment should fix)
