fix version constraints for extensions for 0.3 series - fixes #16

I believe this should be tagged as 0.3.1

This PR has to go to a v0.3 branch (as specified in comments on issue #16 ).

Now regarding the changes: I believe these versions of extensions are compatible with phpspec2. I would also consider adding phpspec: <3.0 as a requirement too to avoid any accidental use with PHPSpec3. Let me know if you think that would be good idea.
