I don't see a license outlining acceptable use of the code contained in this repository. Can one be uploaded?

Hi, Thanks for the comment. The latest version of the code is found here: https://github.com/SR-Martin/alvis There's not a license file there, but the paper that accompanies it lists GPL v3 as the license. All the best, Richard
