Can I use it in the short reads of next-Generation Sequencing? #23

My sequencing data of next-generation sequencing has 80% duplication, and I want to use nextclip to remove these duplication. I am confused that whether I can use it if the library is different.

If you're only using it for PCR duplication, then you can nextclip for any read type.
