Pre-conditions: A user is able to log in and create help wanted ads (and any number greater than 0 from any users exist).
Post-conditions: A user is able to view a List ads as well as click on an ad and view a single HelpWanted.
As a user, when I navigate to the Help Wanted tab I am able to see a list of help wanted ads.
As a user, I can click on an ad from the list and am navigated to a page to view the individual help wanted ad.
