The most recent speaker should be moved to the left-most position on-screen while others fade out. If completely faded out, then we should pause the green-screen processing until they are again rendered to the screen.

audiolevelupdated events now remove disabled canvasses allowing those in use to be presented. Removed canvasses are re-added when the participant speaks.
