Option to deny access to gateway #275

Im not sure how much development is still taking place on this project but, i 
was wondering if we could have a feature added to deny access to the default 
gateway. Effectively allowing access to the LAN only and denying internet 
access.

I realized i did not specify this, but my idea was to be able to deny access on 
a per app basis so i can use them on my LAN without wondering if they are 
sending data to the web.
