Problem

As a publisher of data I want only pre-authorised people to read that data So that sensistive information is always protected and immediately availble to the pre-authorised people

Solution

Similar to #3 but

[ ] included key in the data
[ ] the key is only readable by the pre-authorised people

Design

Assuming that a person's identity is a peer ID public key

[ ] When writing protected data, include the data key encrypted with person's public key
[ ] When reading protected data, check for your key in date
