Task 1: Identify areas where 3D is not supported #8

Starting some initial work on this in my branch:

Everything outside of PeriodicBoundaryConditions works, which sounds great, except what's inside includes:

[ ] - PeriodicBoundaryConditions
[ ] - DisplacementBoundaryCondition (actually this works)
[ ] - EqualityEquation
[ ] - DriveEquation
[ ] - and the naming scheme for the node sets (sides)

So there's quite a bit of work to do yet!
