Bios loses settings on restart. #144

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. restart
2. check bios
3. usb legacy is always enabled

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell Mini 10v A04

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should stay the same.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX 10.6.1
Netbook Installer 8.3 RC3

Same with 10.6.2 and NBI 8.3 RC4 (BIOS A04 - downgraded from A06)

from A00)

resolution for this issue can be found on 152 - the RC4 does not create a file 
initially - run older version (which 
does) and then run RC4. No more bios resets
