"Running On Battery" even though AC is plugged in and battery not #248

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installation 10.6 via USB with NBI 0.8.4 RC1
2.Update to 10.6.3

What netbook are you using this on?
Mini 10V Bios A06

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see "power supply = AC" but i am seeing "= battery"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NBI 0.8.4 RC1 on 10.6 Installation

Please provide any additional information below.

I got the same issue on a samsung n310

same here on an NC10, just the other way around (I see the power supply 
although it's running on battery)
