What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download NetbookBootMaker
2. Unzip
3. Open NetbookBootMaker app

What netbook are you using this on?
Mini 10v 2GB Ram 10.5.8

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program launch. Quit unexpectedly pops up immediately

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.4 RC1
10.5.8

I am having the same problem with the same Mac OS version 10.5.8 on a MacBook. 
Do 
you have a fix. I can't go on with my install on my Mini 10V if I can't get 
BootMaker to work.

 i  used 0.8.3bootmaker then ran      0.8.4 netbookinstaller        to  get to 16.3 
  on my s10 works perfect

Same problem on my Mac Pro running 10.5.8 - I guess it's not compatible with 
Leopard, needs Snow Leopard?

Netbook Bootmaker 0.8.4 RC1 requires SL to run. I had the same issue but solved 
it by upgrading my 10.5.8 to 
10.6 with the SL installer on my MacBook. NBM installs smoothly onto the 
flashdrive.

That would be my mistake. I stumbled upon this when I was using MechDrew's 
guide "USB Installation via Mac" 
which probably needs to be amended to say that 0.8.3 is needed when using 
10.5.x for preparing the USB boot 
drive. (his guide implies that 0.8.4 is compatible with 10.5 in the "Minimum 
Requirements" but does not state it 
explicitly)
After looking at Melkort's blog a little more closely, I do see that 0.8.4 
drops support for 10.5.

Would it really be that difficult to update 0.8.4 to support 10.5? It seems 
kinda
like a silly problem. For different reasons, I am choosing to keep Leopard on my
current computer but need to run this program to set up my mini 10v.
