Indirect references not published after NuGet restore #38

I've noticed that when I clone a repository using HPP, indirect references aren't published on the first solution build when NuGet packages are restored. To get indirect references to publish, I've had to close Visual Studio and open the solution back up. After that, indirect references are always published.
