Hi guys. Here are some of the fixes, we've made in our own fork. We cannot use the river without these changes for now...

Fix NPE when oplog ocassionaly contains null (we had such case several times). I believe the river must be steady for the data-related problems.
Fix NPE when we cannot get the _id field (we had such case as well).
Fix auth problems for Mongo 3 (createMongoCRCredential don't work anymore. But createCredential works for Mongo 2.x and Mongo 3: see the explanation
Fix mongo driver compatibility (there is no such option disableBatchSizeTracking for the new driver versions).

@smecsia thank you! would you mind splitting this into 4 prs? one for each of the items you mentioned. it'd be faster to review that way
