Update Elasticsearch to 1.7.1 #550

Note: This is on top of https://github.com/richardwilly98/elasticsearch-river-mongodb/pull/549, I had various issues getting the unit tests to pass with only the ES update.

Can we fix up these conflicts and get this merged in and released? Perhaps with ES updated further to 1.7.3?
