Role Type for reader and writer #75

They are 3 role types available: system, process and user-defined

system role type cannot be updated or deleted.
process role type are dedicated for bpm integration
user-defined role type are used within es-dms for permission

reader and writer are default roles (so they will be automatically generated the first time es-dms-site is executed).

Current role type for reader and writer is system. Should it be changed to user-defined?
