ES-DMS fails to launch when ElasticSearch is not started #79

during startup ES-DMS fails as soon as it cannot connect to ElasticSearch. In a bootup sequence ElasticSearch might start after tomecat and therefore not be available when ES-DMS starts. ES-DMS could wait and retry connection a few times before failing.
