What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a test

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Complete run, get a stack trace instead

branches/ android/ java/ net/ measurementlab/ ndt/ NdtTests.java    
Line 332 throws an exception if you try to cast an empty string to an int.
