Update State event methods to account for new menu structure

The press functionality has been changed.

• [x] @richclarkson to update the Google doc to reflect the new tap/press mode selection
• [ ] translate the new event changes into the various State subclass definitions
• [ ] pull Lamp mode states into System mode states
