Autolayout issue in German localisation #547

On first run, the German localisation of Growl exhibits an autolayout issue in 
step 3 of the setup wizard. See the attached screenshot for illustration.

This should probably do but if you need more information for diagnosis, just 
let me know, I'll be watching this ticket.

Growl 2.0 on OS X 10.8.2

Fixed for the 2.1 version of the first launch window, it was missing a 
constraint.
