User indicates no network notifications being displayed with HardwareGrowler 2.0

happens on both 10.7.5 and 10.8.2

The same on 10.8.2.

HWG 1.3 from the Mac App Store worked great. No notification when changing IP 
address or switching from Wi-Fi to Ethernet or vice-versa.

I'm facing the same issue: no network status notification. 
MBP late 2011, 10.8.2, HG 2.0.

Please refrain from submitting "me too" comments as they clutter the bug 
description with no useful information, instead consider starring the ticket so 
you get notified of its resolution. 

I already have a solution to this problem and need no further troubleshooting 
information.

It says this is fixed, but I'm still having the same issues wit a rMBP 15" and 
a fresh install of HardwareGrowler...

It says fixed in source, not fixed. It will transition from fixed in source to 
fixed when the update is approved by apple.
