Tags description doesn't auto grow #593

The Tags description area does not expand so it makes things harder. Per Yann: 

So when you've added several tags filling totally the second line,
you don't know where to put the next tags

I've worked to improve this at least on 10.8, due to the autolayout 
differences, I can't guarantee this will work on 10.7, or that I could make it 
work without great effort.  Commit [d0c7128e3d2a].  Flagging as started until 
more testing has been done
