This is a follow-up of #103 (how to compare posteriors?), which is solved except for this.
For species trees with two taxa, the nLTT statistics go to zero.
Note that the nLTT plot shows a stem in the species tree. Put this observation as an Issue at the nLTT package
Check if nLTT works as expected.
Found some surprising behavior, as described here. In dialogue with the nLTT package author...
Fixed! nLTT package now has a new version 1.3.
