Create plot: hydrophobicity versus conservation score per amino acid #95

Add this to bbbq_2/create_figures.R

If you separate per amino acid, ordered by hydrophobicity, the most hydrophobic amino acids (at the right, I = Isoleucine, V = Valine, L = Leucine) are conserved:
