Check if we are actually using the depth

I made an issue once saying we must see if agents drown based on their minimum and maximum depth. I have no idea if that issue was completed, i never heard anything of it again and i dont notice a difference.

if it is not added:

[x] add get_min_depth(agent_type at) and get_max_depth(agent_type at)

if it is not implemented:

[ ] change the will_drown function to take an agent type and a int depth to see if an agent drowns

if there is no test for the function will_drown:

[ ] write a test for will_drown
