I would leave the nomenclature problem to Rampal. I reported my preference in the letter but I think the final decision should be on you/him.

Simply use Giappo's suggestion:

[GL: Maybe we can use the naming "true generative model" and "twin generative model"?]

It feels that there are as many people as opinions on this, which makes the decision rule simple: keep what we have.
