Create parameters that create their files in the right folder #42

Currently, each raket_params stores all its file in a Peregrine-friendly temporary folder, which is great for testing, but useless on Peregrine:

if a file with path ~/raket_werper/data/1/parameters.RDa is created, all its files should be put in that same folder.
