Use new values for nu in manuscript and code #296

In the last razzo meeting, we decided on changing the nu parameter values from { 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 } to { 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 }, that is, removing the 2.5.

Change this in the manuscript and code.

@Giappo: I vaguely remember the suggestion to change the nus to { 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 }, that is, with 0.0 and 0.5 added. Do you remember the exact set we decided on?

@Giappo: I find in the code the values of nu: { 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 }. I did change it to { 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 }, but I am open to remove the 1.5.
