This replaces the Vue-based implementation with a Phoenix LiveView setup. Advantages include:

Live form validation
Single place for form logic (e.g. panel title formatting, hiding & showing fields…)
Less "glue code" for converting between Elixir and JS data structures
Fewer external dependencies (Vue, Poison)
