Rcpp/gc/methods issue #14

Still getting issues here, though more rare. See if I can trigger them on source and then put a trace on base::.handleSimpleError, perhaps? I figure it's probably coming from one of the tryCatch clauses.

This will hopefully go away when we drop modules

Should be fixed now, but need to check.
